   Amazing food and well crafted cocktails. But for the price, we would expect service levels to match the food quality. Just for reference, our bill was just over $350 for two of us to dine there, but we only saw our server every 30 minutes (and that’s with us having to call her over a couple of times from other tables) which made drink refills difficult to obtain. One round took well over 45 minutes to arrive. I wouldn’t say it’s her fault as it was clear that management had her running tables at different sides of the restaurant, which clearly presents an issue for high end dining. They do automatically include a 20% tip on your bill, which I’m ok with at a restaurant that earns the 20%, but this place certainly did not. As is, we wouldn’t come back, but if they can learn how to competently run the service as well as the chef runs the kitchen, then we’d consider giving it another try. As a side note, we were there for my wife’s birthday as was the table next to us. We were sat at least 30 minutes before that table and I’d made clear that I wanted a special birthday beverage brought out to celebrate my wife. The other table did the same. Their drink arrived 20 minutes before ours with plenty of birthday fanfare whereas ours took 45 minutes to arrive and did so with none of the fanfare that the other guest received. Again pointing to a poorly run front of house.

   Our first time there and it was a delight. Everyone and everything was perfect. The chef is outstanding. Food was absolutely delicious. Waitress was such a doll and helped me celebrate a milestone. She took us on a tour of the place and kitchen. I’m definitely coming back!

   The food and service were exceptional and I highly recommend. The place was busy; however, the staff was attentive. I can’t say enough good things about the cocktails and courses. The only thing to be aware of is that the restaurant has a staff gratuity model rather than a server gratuity model (you can tip additional which would go directly to your server).

   Fantastic food in a fun, swanky spot. The small plates were larger than I expected and the entrees were smaller than expected, but the overall experience was terrific. The chef owners are ever-present, making sure that every guest has a terrific experience. I'm looking forward to going back again!

   Had a great dinner here on Wednesday with some dear friends. I am gluten free, and the staff was very knowladgeable about what my dining options were. I didn't have to sacrifice flavor for allergen safety! The scallops on a half shell, I will be dreaming about those! The Happy Hour Menu is now one of my most favorites in Denver! The Seafood Risotto and Short Rib were delicious! Great price point for Denver. We will definitely be back soon!

   A great experience. Amazing food. The duck is not to be missed. The seafood risotto was delicious and the cauliflower was so delicious as our starter. The cocktails are amazing. Would not arrive super hungry as the portions are smaller than most restaurants. Will definitely go back. Deserves the 5 stars for sure. The service was impeccable, so friendly and competent. The restaurant is so clean and spotless, very important and impressive to us.

   We had the Peruvian ceviche (absolutely amazing! had a little heat which I LOVE), scallops (perfectly cooked), and do not sleep on the cauliflower!! Also, the Ribeye with chimichurri -Chef's kiss to this meal! We will return for sure! Bravo to the entire staff, phenomenal experience! Oh and the globe desert YUM.

    The Regular never disappoints. Even my 2.5 year old granddaughter loves. I wish I took a picture of her shoving the cauliflower dish in her mouth. It was like she couldn’t get enough. She enjoyed the seafood risotto too. You must get the fish head if it is on the menu.
