   Nous avons trouvé cette petite perle par pure hasard. AGRÉABLEMENT SURPRIS !! Nous avont été servis par Erika, 10/10 Elle connait bien ses vins nous conseille sur les assiettes en vedette. Nous avons eu une belle expérience. Nous avont mangé: Le brie = 8,8/10 Steak = 9/10 Short rib bison= coup de coeur (10/10🫡) Vin Bread n butter (Pinot noir from cali) = 9/10 Si vous passez par Jasper c’est un MOST !

   Myself and 7 friends dined here. Service was fast, friendly & helpful. Food was fantastic. All of us loved our meals. Highly recommend the Wintering Bowl or Saffron Seafood Pot. Servings are quite large so we had no room for dessert. We will be back.

   We had such a lovely meal including the always delicious fondue! Our server Sarah was fantastic and our wine was excellent! Thanks to the Raven for always being so consistently delicious!

   Our server was so genuine and responsive…we were last year and the food was good; well they’ve turned it up a notch— well done! I’m very picky when it comes to restaurants, and I was “this close” to giving you guys 5 on everything… great evening!!

   From the service at the entrance to paying the bill, the experience here was exceptional. I am a recently diagnosed celiac, and it has been challenging to find quality places to eat! Here, at Raven's Bistro, I felt looked after and in safe hands. The food was amazing, and the happy hour offerings were awesome! We ate here two nights in a row, and had we stayed in Jasper a third night, we would have eaten here again.

   The Raven is one of our most favourite restaurants in Jasper. The food is delicious and the staff are wonderful!

   My partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere, it was busy, however we were seated at a booth, which allowed for seclusion from other guests. Reservation recommended. Our server was friendly and the service was quick! This is a local gem. Thank you to the kitchen for the amazing halibut and steak dishes. The creme brulee was exquisite. Highly recommend The Raven Bistro.
