I had the fish and chips, the fish was very good and served hot. The chips were cold. My Son ordered a chicken tenders appetizer, it was served after the entree. Views were very nice and we appreciated the parking validation. It was nice to visit the Queen again.

It took 55 minutes to get a single mixed drink to my table and an over an hour for a burger and fish and chips. Crazy, it wasn’t even that busy. Maybe 20 customers total

While staying aboard at the hotel we ate a lunch and dinner in the Promenade Cafe. Both times we had a window table and the food and drinks were good. The menu isn’t large, but there is sufficient variety to please most preferences. We were very pleased with our experience. Because it was Christmas, we give extra kudos to the very friendly and cheerful servers.

The short ribs was excellent and the fish and chips batter is so light and crispy. Best Artichoke dip.

Soup was served cold. Complained and it was removed from bill. Entrée ok but fries were cold. New serving was brought out. Table next to us also had same complaint about cold food. Food was actually very good....but needs to be served hot.

The experience was great. The server was fantastic. The views A+. The dining area was nice. The food,… was eh. My recommendation is to eat at the nicer restaurant. The only way to give you feedback is to say the food compares to Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland. Hope this helps.

The lighting in the evening is quite bright, more than is expected for dinner. The "back rooms" are a sore sight, the curtain needs to be closed better, pretty messy back there and light bright

The reservation process through Open Table went well. The Restaurant was clean and comfortable. The staff does an exceptional job. The salmon with mashed potatoes and veggies was great. Generous portion. Perfectly seared and all the right flavors. The short rib was served on a bed of mashed potatoes and veggies. Everything was delicious and the portion size was generous. The views are unsurpassed. I've been here several times and they never dissappoint..

I had high expectations for this café, given its association with a luxurious and historic boat. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The seating felt more like a hospital cafeteria than a high-end establishment, with tables that lacked any sense of elegance. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. We had to send the meat back because it was overcooked (well done) despite our request for medium rare. Even the replacement wasn’t prepared correctly—it still wasn’t medium rare. It’s clear they need a more skilled cook. The only redeeming factor was the service; our server was attentive and friendly. However, even excellent service couldn’t make up for the lackluster ambiance and poor food quality. The atmosphere didn’t reflect the grandeur one might expect from a restaurant on a historic boat. Instead, it felt like dining in a hospital café. I cannot recommend this place for a meal. At best, it’s worth a visit for the self-guided tour, but if you’re eating here, stick to the cheapest item on the menu—perhaps a burger.
