   Now the difficult part........, For an Italian restaurant there were no Italian wines on the wine list. We found out after arriving that you can BYO and the corkage fee is $35. Sadly the store next door closes at 6 so that was not an option. The wine list worried me as it showed zero consideration for people with different tastes or budgets. The eclectic selection of reds was odd to say the least and the selection of whites lamentable. To be honest the very small white wine selection was awful. Now we come to service and the food. Erin was great, the rest of the service was poor at best and there was no bar tender so only beers and wine on offer - really!!!! We did like the burrata but why serve four portions and four slices of tomato and only 3 small crostini when we were told it was a starter to share? Although we asked for extra crostini they did not arrive. The pasta selection was basically spaghetti with different additions and the risotto disappointingly awful. For the location you would expect better service, a staffed bar, a great wine selection and food to die for. We will not be back.

   A true neighborhood gem with superior food. Go on Fri-Sat-Sun to hear a great guitarist to compliment a fantastic dinner.

   This is our 3rd dinner at The Pour House. The food continues to be excellent. The Chianti Classico and Sauvignon Blanc were both delicious. The service was very personable, and we were not rushed at all. This is not the least expensive option in Maui but it was well worth it. We will be going back the next time we are in Hawaii!

   My family recently spent a week in Napili and had been looking forward to dinner at this restaurant. We were texted to let us know our table was ready early. Upon arrival, we were seated, but then waited quite a while to be welcomed or acknowledged. Our server did not seem terribly friendly or interested in us. The space was chic and comfortable. Our main dishes were very good, but appetizers and salads were quite pricey. I ended up sharing with my (adult) children, so we wouldn’t have to order one for each person. For a restaurant named The Pour House, the wine list was quite limited. Overall, we spent ~$100 per person for a family of 4, but I would not consider this a 5-star experience.

   We love The Pour House. The entire experience is quality - drinks, food and wine. Service is always excellent. A real gem in Kapalua.

   My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Pour house on January4th 2025, It was definitely our favorite restaurant on our travels here in Maui. Erin, the hostess was delightful. Our server Emjy was attentive and helpful but not intrusive. The owner came our table to chat.  He commented that he thought we were on our first date due the the continuous conversation.  We want to say thank you to the Pour House for giving us such a great experience.

   The entree recommendations were delicious!! Maurice was a delight, often checking in on us and captivating us with his stories. Best Italian food I’ve ever had!

   Great food with atrocious service. Nobody came to our table for 34 minutes. And they didn’t have a bartender so couldn’t serve drinks. We live on island and always take guests there, but I think we need to scratch it off our list.
