   Great service. Food was good but felt that the Turbot special dish was overpriced. Linguine was lovely Would recommend the Grillo wine. Overall a nice visit

   Extensive selection of fish dishes- difficult to choose which one to have! All were very good, well cooked and presented with a nice mix of vegetables. Dessert was yummy! Very good 👍

   The restaurant had a “bad day at the office” today. The potted lobster starter was not defrosted correctly and portions of it were still hard. Several wines on the wine list were unavailable. I had the seafood linguine which was mostly pasta and very little seafood. My wife had a king prawn starter as her main course - there were only 3 prawns in the dish - very poor value. We have been loyal customers of the restaurant for several years and I have to say that if this had been our first visit, we would not be returning.

   I am not normally on to write reviews but felt obliged to. The food was fantastic, the quality was right up there with anything we have had and you certainly left with a full belly! A lovely and attentive waiting team only added to the experience, thank you 🙏

   Totally lived up to expectations. Quality seafood and lovely service. Would definitely recommend out of the three in three days that we visited Northumberland.

   A pleasant 90 minutes was spent with good friends The staff were excellent .Pleasant , informative and helpful A warm welcome The food options are brilliant . I particularly liked The Special Board , so choose Lemon Sole grilled in butter accompanied with capers and a medley of green vegetables The party of 4 all had the same dish and we can't wait to go back Philip East Yorkshire

   Our meal was perfect, a well cooked Darne of Halibut, and great portion of Tiramisu, however our starter of “hand dived scallop Thermidor” was most disappointing, and not value for money at £18.
