   Brilliant experience and great customer service. Came with a party of 9 and they couldn't do enough to help us or accommodate everyone.

   Couldn’t fault the food but service could vastly be improved as could atmosphere. A party leaving as we entered commented on the lack of a thank-you and Merry Christmas . Our food was excellent but the minute we took our last mouthful of mains our plates were cleared and from then we felt rushed into deciding on dessert . We felt the staff were rushing us so they could clear away and go home. We were not the last to leave and the place was very quiet and just lacked a festive feel. There was no thanks , goodbye or happy Christmas as we left 😕 such a shame as all four of us enjoyed the food, did feel the festive menu should of been offered on the Sunday before Christmas too.

   Was busy in there, server didn't know what was ale or what whiskey they had, they forgot 1 meal from our order. The menu wasn't what was advertised on their website. Service was quite slow.

   Food was good as usual but the children’s desserts were forgotten so we had eaten ours before there’s came also when paying for pre ordered Xmas meal was a long time sorting out what to pay for!

    Me and my partner had a carvery and i can say its the best carvery ive ever had will definitely be coming back more regularly
