The Pink Cabana is an ingredient-driven restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine with a Moroccan influence. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the Pink Cabana is designed to be a fresh modern take on the great tennis and racquet clubs of the 50’s and 60’s in Palm Springs.

The Pink Cabana also specializes in elevated libations, featuring unique wines from Mediterranean climates designed to pair with all of our culinary offerings. We also feature a variety of craft and seasonal cocktails influenced by the Great Spice Route. With a wide range of specialty aperitifs and digestifs, the Pink Cabana is a highly curated wine and spirit destination.

The salmon was terrific, and the wait staff excellent. I thought the menu had many interesting options that I want to go back to try. The Pink Cabana is a nice, cozy gem of a dining experience.

Everything was great except the food…the turkey club was boring ….turkey was dry, zero condiments. Didn’t eat other half. But the homemade chips were delicious!!

We had dinner tonight at Pink Cabana after friends suggested we try it. Yazmin was our waitress. Wednesday night. Maybe 6-7 tables occupied. Took almost an hour to get an appetizer and bread. We brought our own wine for $35 bottle corkage. Waited and waited for our dinner. The Steak frites both arrived cold. The Salmon orders arrived room temp. The harissa chicken was a small portion of dry chicken with two little fingerling potatoes for $35. So for four of us it was $300 including wine corkage…for a terrible meal with the worst service we have experienced in the desert. Yazmin was inattentive and unfriendly, never asked if we liked our meal, never said thanks when we asked for the bill. This restaurant needs serious training for all the staff. Such a disappointment.

We had an incredible dining experience at Pink Cabana! Our server’s recommendations were spot-on, guiding us to try some of the best dishes on the menu. The standout was the roast duck — perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was chic and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a relaxed yet refined evening. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable meal.

Overall was a nice experience. The space is absolutely beautiful and perfect vibe. Our only issue was the service - it took about 15 minutes to get three drinks and then our waiter seemed bothered that our table only ordered 3 appetizers (charcuterie, misto and cheese board) and a soup. We were full after that and even ordered two desserts. They did bring us a complimentary glass of rose and chocolate for our birthday. I would definitely come back and sit at the bar for cocktails!
