   I have been to The Palm a few times before. This time, the filet was nowhere near as good (and overdone). Also, the noise was so loud I was having to strain and pass the statement of the person on each side of me, in a party of three, to have a conversation. I attribute this to having been seated at a circular table in the middle portion of the room, instead of a booth as in the past. The service was pleasant, although I felt a little less appreciated as a family (teenage son, not little kids) than on previous business meals.

   Another wonderful outing at the Palm- you guys are amazing. Had dinner and drinks at high tops in the bar and were well taken care of by Dennis and Alex. Can’t wait to do it again soon!

   The service was excellent and most of the food was delicious but the entree (chicken parmigiana) was a bit tough and dry. My son had the ribeye and loved it. I had the wedge salad and giant meatball, both of which were excellent. Would definitely eat there again, as they’re known for their steaks.

   Service was good and especially liked the free valet service. Decor was a bit dated with caricatures of celebs that I never heard of. I was there for a business lunch. Ordered the blackened rib eye Caesar. Steak was a bit tough and the Caesar was nothing special at all. Lunch for 2 without alcohol or dessert came to just over $100. For that price, expected more.

   Ordered grilled chicken sandwich as part of a business lunch. Chicken was flattened and overcooked, difficult to cut with even a steak knife. Very surprising as I’ve never had a bad meal prior to this visit.

   The noise level was high. There was so much salt in the food that it was awful. It was a waste of time and it was def a waste of money.
