   Our Ossobuco was tough, and not cooked well. We sent it back and they replaced it with another bad one. The worst I’ve ever had!! Our other dishes were not good either.

   We love Palm at Caesars! We went there on a whim for a Friday Birthday lunch. We found a new and wonderful server, Vinny! Michael Martin an his team are just top notch, and Vinny is our new found favorite! They’re always accommodating with making us the absolute best Seak Tartare. The lobster bisque, the steakhouse salad and the drinks are always perfect. All we need is our picture painted on the walls as this point! Love Palm in Caesars. A local favorite.

   My steak was so tough I had jaw pain trying to eat it. No one checked to see if it was cooked properly, so I was forced to try to eat it or go hungry. At the end of the meal, our waiter did try to take care of my meal but I wouldn’t allow it. I would have preferred to address the issue early so I could have enjoyed my meal.

   I treated my mom and sister to a wonderful lunch and one of our favorites is the Lobster Bisque. It was great as usual and full of nice lobster pieces. Our wait staff was phenomenal and attentive. We will come back soon!

    Always have great service and great food at the Palm. The staff is excellent. Our waiter has every attention to detail. We will seek him out next year!
