The overall experience was fair. The service was poor. The food was very good except for the cannoli was burnt and unidentifiable. The Carole’s and harpist was good. For three people it was $250.00 not a good value.

Loved Christmas tea at the Drake. I was hoping the food would be better but the overall experience was worth it.

Christmas tea was lovely! The sandwiches were great but some of the pastries were a bit dry, which was unfortunate. The music was amazing and the decorations were beautiful!

Our family has been coming to the Drake Christmas high tea for years. This year was THE BEST by far. The food was outstanding! We had several vegetarians in our group and all attendees agreed the food this year was the best! Mimet, our server, was delightful! His attentiveness and pleasant demeanor was incredible. The setting was beautiful and the carolers and the harpist were great. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable Holiday experience.

Saed our server was phenomenal! Truly uplifted the experience. The noise level was really loud and difficult to hear one another. The vegetarian option was not the greatest. I was hoping for something outside of a wrap/pinwheel. Deserts were amazing!

Have been coming with my grand daughter and best friend for high tea at Christmas for 15 years. The tea hasn’t changed but the noise in the room seems much more Intense than in the past. The cost of the tea has also increased appreciably. For the 3 of Us the cost was $108 EACH
