The Drake is beautifully decorated, but for an $80 tea service, the food was pretty bad. Everything else was totally fine, but why can’t the food also be good???

Service was very slow and some of the food was dry from sitting out too long. This is a holiday tradition I’ve gone for years and this year the food and service were terrible.

It was difficult to get timely service. I don't feel it was the servers fault, seemed understaffed for the amount of guests

Our server acted like she was doing us a favor in the beginning. When she put my teapot down she shoved everything else that was in the table out of the way, almost knocking my silverware to the floor. I looked at her like, really? No eye contact. She warmed up about midway into the experience and actually smiled.

We love going to the Palm Court for tea and the food. This year the food was underwhelming at nest. While the scones and little pecan nests were good, the little finger sandwiches failed mighly. The bresad felt like it wass stored in a frdge, the greshness of te tiems was suspect and + the dessers pretty goo. Bead was hard and dry even on the cucumbe sabndwich and especuaklly the turkey. UI;ll go there again because it is a nice sain time edpecially at Cristmas. Harp player wa great. The rntire room ws not decorated for Christmas, should have been more than a few plants. But th expreinece is still nice jst wish the food was at its before higher marks.
