We went for restaurant week just to try something different and it was so delicious! The salmon and the lobster ravioli were amazing. Our waitress was the sweetest person ever! I will definitely recommend.

We went to Palm for Restaurant week. First the food was delicious especially the lobster bisque and my steak. Our server was very friendly and helpful. It was very crowded and loud due to cancellations for the weather the previous day but not overwhelming. It was a great experience.

Our waiter was rather dismissive; however, the water lad and shift manager were terrific. When one dish needed to be taken back and replaced, it was done/served in 3? 4?minutes. Magic.

We have loved the Palm from the first day it opened. Tonight was no exception. Excellent food, beverage, service...hospitality...thank you for being old school still

We were very disappointed with our Dinner experience last night at the Palm. The entire idea of having Restaurant Week is to hopefully bring in New Clientele on a set price to somewhere we normally don’t dine in the hopes of enjoying the Food and entire evening enough to add it to our normal Restaurant rotation on a regular basis. Food review 1st. 3 of my family members ordered Palm Caesar Salad. Over half of the lettuce was brown and had very little taste. My Lobster Bisque was $3 upcharge not an issue however it was served in a small Tea cup. About 4 bites worth. It tasted good. 3 of us ordered the 6oz Filet. It was cooked medium correctly but it did not have any seasoning or flavor. 3 orders of Fries that were good but again a very small portion. My mashed potatoes were just ok. This was our 2nd Restaurant during this special. Your competitor, another high end Restaurant honestly.. there is no comparison. There Salad was one of the best we have ever had, there steak had incredible flavor and the entire experience was a 10. You never get a 2nd chance to give a 1st impression. I’m a Native of CLT and we we very excited to finally experience the Palm as we go out to Dinner quite a bit. After last night’s meal we can honestly say that we will not be back. The Customer Service was less than ideal. We were presented with the normal Menu and had to ask for the Restaurant Week Menu. Our server Tony brought 2 menus for 4 people. From the start he seemed to have an attitude that was very off putting. I understand that your restaurant has its Normal Clientele. The Palm should not participate in Restaurant Week if they really dont want Outsiders in there Establishment. At high end restaurants there is an etiquette on how the waiter or waitress presents the food, and I highly doubt it involves reaching over the Table in our face to serve 4 people. The plates were more or less reached and dropped in Front of us. I own my own Business and Customer Service is everything.
