The Naughty Angel had been on my Go list before it had even opened, but it was not until the place had been running for nearly two months before I made it over there for dinner. Atmosphere: Let me begin with the exterior setting, as the location does not exactly vibe with an upscale steakhouse, being in a small plaza sandwiched between a strip club and an adult emporium. It's at the rear of both Circus Circus and Resorts World, which kind of punctuates the weird dichotomy. Inside, it was a plush garden-like atmosphere. Blue velvet, gold damask, peacocks, classical paintings, ceramics, trees, and chandeliers. Plus the angel wing feather motif. Large but divvied up in sections; there was a quirky lack of flow. E.g. corridor to restrooms was strangely narrow; freezer case put in an odd, very visible angle behind the bar (they use Breyer's ice cream if you're curious). Was greeted at the door by the chef himself, Angel Lopez, and escorted to the bar (my choice). Poison Red Apple Martini ($16): Nice presentation with a dry ice-filled bowl cupping the stemless glass. Leaned sweet over any whiskey. Came with a sidecar so drink volume was pretty good. Creamy French Onion Soup ($7 Happy Hour): OK-sized bowl; upon asking, bar man Chris said the serving was the same as for the soup on the regular menu ($14). Good enough for Happy Hour but might be considered small at full price. Thin creamy consistency, subtle cheese flavor. Bread loaf: Complimentary, a thing of increasing rarity nowadays. Compact Parker House roll style. Preferred the butter over the sweet apple jelly. Braised Lamb Shanks ($65): Huge. Fall-off-the-bone doneness; meat tasted even better when mixed with the smooth mashed potatoes and jus. Plenty of takeaway; leftovers were passable. Devil's Red Apple ($14): Arrived on a porcelain pillow. Juicy, apple retained some firmness, interesting to eat. Value: Above average. Service: Attentive, frequent check-ins from Chris and Chef Angel.

Aaron greeted us earnestly and with enthusiasm! The ambiance and interior far surpassed the exterior and location! Pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend this new sexy food experience. Great escargot! Bread delicious. Smoked Old fashioned robust and entertaining from Sarah Entrees and dessert decadent!

I sat at the bar by myself . The service and food was phenomenal. The Bacon wrapped Prawns were tasty with a nice sized portion . The Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée was well presented and really delicious.

The ambiance is very romantic. The service was excellent. Our party had crab cakes, salads, chicken, salmon, steaks, asparagus, mashed potatoes, the chocolate mousse dessert along with cocktails. Everything was outstanding. Great flavors all round. We met the owner and chef Angel. He was very personable and gracious. Highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant.

The owner/chef greeted us and gave us he recommendations for dinner. We both had a steak and they were both as good as any steak you are going to find anywhere in Vegas. There were multiple drinks that were tasty. The only slight lowlight was the waiter did not have a great command of the food. I come to Vegas a few times per year, and I will be making this a regular part of my time here.

Had a party of 6, wanted a good quality, not overly expensive restaurant where we could have a good conversation. Naughty Angel was perfect for us. Close to the strip but not on it, and new enough that it was not crowded. Loved the food and will certainly return.

This meal was to put in nicely awful. It was not edible. The appetizer of escargot my friend had was quite good. The entrees were terrible. We each ate under five bites and that was all. This dinner is the worst meal I have had in Las Vegas. ever.

My husband and I dined on Easter. It was our first time to the Naughty Angel. We were both blown away with the food and the service. Angel came out to say hello which was rare in this city. We will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!
