We were very disappointed with our visit to The Mill. When we sat down at our table, it took 20 minutes before anyone served us. Everything we ordered took a very long time to come out and came out at different times throughout our two hour wait at the restaurant. One of our appetizers arrived after the entrees and the kids meal came out last which was very strange. The atmosphere was also very noisy and was hard to hear even the person beside you.

Unfortunately it seems they didn’t have enough staff which isn’t fair to the workers trying to do a good job. Wait times for initial drinks and orders took a long time. Service felt very rushed as they were so short staffed. There wasn’t a bar tender or it seems a busser as tables were being used to dump dirty dishes. I’m disappointed. It’s such a unique spot with so few of them in the area but they just weren’t able to provide the service levels it should have been.
