   I paid $10 to book a table for this experience. Our drinks took over 20 mins while the bar wasn’t busy. The foood took about the same and the server checked on us a lot before the drinks and food came but after that we didn’t see them for a while. We did get our food and drinks changed after speak with a manager. We had 2 people in our party arrive late so I get taking a bit to get their order. The valentine theme was still on and the 90s/00s wasn’t really a thing but I thought the experience was 00s so it was weird. Overall after we spoke to the manager the last 40 mins we were there was decent. I probably wouldn’t order food again and next time I’d sit at the bar and not have a group of 9.

   The food was awesome as always. It was unfortunately just me there but everything was great!! Can’t wait until month! It will be my birthday weekend!!

   The service and food were horrible. Our server obviously hated her job. The food was cold. The runner stuck his thumb in my friend's soup as he was handing it to her. The manager came over and helped some, but it honestly seemed like a lot of excuses. We were told they weren't doing bottomless mimosas because they didn't have enough champagne, but you could still buy a bottle and juices. The marketing manager was rude and immature. She was going around to all the servers saying that we asked for a manager. Our server was MIA most of the time. Overall, horrible experience and won't go back. I don't recommend this place at all.

   It was our Date Night wanted to check out a new place once seated in middle of place lots of tvs loud not what expected, which was fine so we moved out on patio. Waitress told us she’s the only one so …… expected bad service but she did very well! Food was ok thought $100 for a small pasta dish and a burger each had a drink was very over priced. This place is more for Girls Night out

   Food was great and atmosphere was great. Love all the valentine decor going up. Only thing that I rated low was the service. Waitresses were hanging out by the bar and had to wait to wave one down. I ended up going to another table myself to get some salt and pepper. But enjoyed the meal and time that was I was there.

   I probably saw my server three times the whole time we were there. she then insisted we ordered something that we definitely didn’t order, and one of my guest didn’t get their food untill everyone was already almost done eating. the balloon party was definitely not what was expected and was not worth the 30$. Food was the only thing that wasn’t disappointing unfortunately.

    It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone at the Lola after making my reservation. I asked for indoor seating and was placed outside. We wanted endless mimosas, but they were out of orange juice. Most of the food was served cold (the waffles and French fries). The waitress did try her best to take care of us. The birthday cookies was worth it and very fun! I was deeply disappointed with the service and it makes me wonder why we even go out anymore.
