   Our groups experience was amazing - all thanks to Mercedes. She always made sure we were ok with food and drinks and our orders were all correct and amazing. THANK YOU MERCEDES SOOOO MUCH!!! We will definitely go back 🤍

   So i hate to do this because we have been coming to the Lola since they opened. We have been celebrating Friendsgiving birthdays & after school/weekend staff outings every year. But today was different. We arrived for our usual brunch after thanksgiving we usually opt for the last brunch. Our usual server wasn’t there we did contact her & she did send a round of shots for us (so kind of her she is a great asset to the business) anywho during our 90 minutes we ordered our food (6 of us 7th guest was late) & had our unlimited drinks for 90 minutes like we usually do. We even do the bottomless dinner occasionally. We usually stay after our time due to the service we get but todays service was horrible. After we finished we opted to go to the bar where one of the servers told us we can order champagne bottles at the bar. For the amount of people we had the amount of drinks was nothing. We get to the bar & are denied service because it’s at bars discretion depending on what you were served at table (a new rule that supposedly started a couple weeks ago). Never heard of anything like that with the amount of times we have visited. Spoke to manager who we explained what was going on, she said she would contact owner. Supposedly owner said due to time we arrived (he looked at camera) we couldn’t be served. For years of going to establishments in Hoboken we never heard of anything like that! so now we supposedly cant be served champagne bottles or individual drinks at bar? How did that make sense? So after you eat & drink you cant sit & order at the bar? The whole scenario didn’t make sense so after the manager explained that, we exited the establishment disgusted with the answer & went elsew. As much as we recommend this place to coworkers & friends/social media following we can no longer visit such a place till they can make it make sense. I will also make a video on my public IG to the followers I have recommended this place & have actually gone to celebrate their bdays.

   It was my first time there...the decor was nice...but the Food sucks. Roasted chicken dish is a boneless skinless dried out chicken breast. With an obscene amount of cheesy polenta, and bland veg. No thanx. I didn't want a box. Toasts: unimpressive..and the three that hit the table weren't the ones I asked for My friend had the cesar salad with a shrimp..the shrimp looked so good I ordered a side of shrimp, and they weren't the same, Weird. Raspberry crumble drink...with a plastic twisty straw like I was 8...I sent it back. The server was so annoyed that I ordered a sprite after sending my drink back...she was like..a sprite?! With her drawn on eyebrow up in her forehead in complete disbelief. Yes. A sprite. Thank u. Thanks but no thanx. Thank god for baseless down the street or I would've went to bed with no dinner.

   My boyfriend and I did not have a great experience at the Lola. Our birthday reservations here did not go as planned. We had reservations at 7pm and we were told that we had to wait and then were taken to a table right next to a worker putting up Christmas decorations. There was no thought put in that some people come to dinner for a nice evening not to watch a messy room and decorations being put up. After being sat here, we asked to be moved somewhere else. The host did what was asked, but this still took the experience and vibe away from our night. We chose to do the bottomless dinner with drinks and food. The drinks were great, but the portion of food was not. The burger came with 6 or 7 waffle fries. The pasta was very oily and overall, this place did not deserve the $120 that they charged us. They also charge you for a restaurant fee. Do not recommend!!!

   Staff was very friendly and joyful. Food and drinks were great. The music wasn't as loud as I anticipated, assuming it was because it wasn't too busy. No complaints.

   service was very slow. food was ok, drinks were good. would have ordered another drink if we could get our waitress. every table outside was wobbly and unsteady. this experience was not worth the price point.

   Food and drinks were delish! Service was lacking but it may have been because we sat outside. We had to ask someone to send our waitress over a few times.

   I went there and they said I would have to wait 15-20 minutes even when I had a reservation. I ended up waiting an hour and there was still no update so when I went back they avoided talking to us and were very rude. I left because of the poor service and do not recommend this place at all. They sat other people before us when they came after.

    Food was good. Vibe was good. The DJ is so loud that you can’t hear the people at the same table and this was at a 12:30pm brunch. We asked if they could turn it down and they refused. To me there’s no point in going out for a meal if you can’t hear your friends/family.
