We are a family run, independent business with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have a passion for local fresh produce and pride ourselves that all our suppliers are based in Northern Ireland.
Though our food and family are local, our hospitality experience and knowledge have been gathered from across Ireland, London, France and even Australia.
We are family friendly and dog-friendly. Our menu ranges from homely stews, hearty pies and fries to indulgent desserts, scones, and tray bakes. We also cater for various dietary requirements (including vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free). We have something for everyone!

    Beautiful location, lovely food, especially the chocolate covered strawberries. Friendly staff and plenty of tea!

    A really great experience The food was excellent and varied We were looked after at every level Tea and coffee were frequently topped up and nothing was too much trouble for staff They even provided little box to take home delicious treats we couldn’t finish Would highly recommend this original little place for a great time

    Absolutely stunning little cafe, beautifully decorated with a C.S Lewis theme. We had afternoon tea for 4 which was fantastic value for money and generously portioned. Very friendly staff and a lovely environment for eating out in. The other food available also looks yummy and is all very reasonably priced . We will definitely be back to this little gem in the East.

    Very friendly staff and cosy ambience. Food is excellent. We got a pot of coffee each with our afternoon tea, which was better than the single cup the last time we dined here. It's dog-friendly and the dogs were very friendly. Just one cavil - the front door closer needs to work!

    I travel a lot. And most restaurants are forgotten the moment you leave them. Not this one. I will remember, it’d recommend it, and come back next visit. The food, the staff, and the atmosphere are all outstanding.

    Lovely experience for their afternoon tea - service was great and the quality and value of food for the price was fantastic. The venue is also super cute and can’t praise it highly enough
