   we got there at 5.30 sat straight away and took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order even for drinks. we asked for crayons for our child and the server just never turned up with them. we then waited a further 20 minutes for a milkshake. the food came another 45 minutes after that!! food was hot but the taste was no where near as good as the one in the cave by a mile!!! the chicken was borderline raw my partner didn’t eat it as was pink and the loaded tatertots just tasted like pure burnt oil i couldn’t eat them either… the lady helping us was nice enough and i understand it’s newly opened but i made eye contact with 5 different servers and nobody came to take our order. i definitely will not be returning to this location again and will make the extra 30 minute journey to the cave one as the staff are much more attentive and the food is amazing… wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here your money isn’t worth spending in this location 100% go to the cave. never waited more than 5 minutes to be served a drink at least anywhere in my life!!!

   don't get me wrong was good but everything would have run alot smoother had we only had our section staff as there was alot of confusion between everyone and noone seemed to have a proper place. We arrived at 4.30pm we left around 6.30pm BUT BUT BUT !!!! It was worth the wait because the food was incredible the chefs definitely have worked hard for that standard of food , we had clean plates all round and we can't wait to visit again and try different menu items. A much needed addition to town and I hope you all succeed and stay long term. People reading this please be patient if it's busy it takes a village and ironing out little problems is normal when newly opened but it can't be done without honest reviews and feedback and patient but satisfied customers. Thank you to everyone for doing your very best at such a busy time , We think you are smashing it and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great 😃

   Food was nice. It's a bit expensive and the service was poor. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken and then another hour before our food was served and it was not really busy at all. No further contact from staff and no further drinks offered. We would be unlikely to visit again.

   Although beautifully decorated the tables are far to close together and you end up lap sharing with the people on the table beside you. Food was okay, rice was undercooked though, servers are to quick to get rid of you and clearly plates before you finish. Although very lovely staff just far to quick to get you to leave. If you don't want people there past 10pm don't allow tables to be booked up to 9.30pm.

   Excellent food as with their other locations. Warm friendly and super helpful staff great experience all around. The only thing that let it down was the coffee, but we didn’t go for coffee - the meat is fantastic and the staff really really welcoming.

   Didn't meet expectations for the price on new location launch, very underwhelming cocktails, food was nice but not quite on par with a previous Canterbury visit. Dessert was missing sauce and wrong milkshake flavor was served. Also, there is no food service for outdoor seating. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating, I'd happily return once the location is more settled.

   Food is really nice, and a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Some good value menu choices and some more expensive so suited to all. Shame about the wobbly tables. Really pleasant and attentive staff
