   We’ve been twice in the past month- had to find our server both times. The first time, they made my pregnant daughter wait 45 mins for food (they did comp it tho) and this time, we almost got up and left because we couldn’t find our server. Prices are high but the view will cost you. Food is good- once you get it.

This is not our standard and it is unfortunate and unacceptable that you would need to wait that long or look for your server. We have discussed this issue with the staff and will use this as a learning experience so that it will not happen again. We did fall short in your dining experience. I would like to invite you back to have you enjoy both the food, in a timely manner, the view that is really unbeatable, and give you that experience that you do deserve here when dining with us.    This was our second dinner at Kingstide, and it did not disappoint. Their wine list isn’t lengthy, but offers plenty of options. Our appetizer (the burrata with tapenade) was delicious! My hubby went with the fried seafood platter (why not?!) and it was fabulous. I had the sailfish and it was sublime. We will be back soon!!!

The seafood platter is one of our newer additions to our menu, I am so glad you thought it was fabulous. We cannot wait for you to come back and visit us!    Food was good, they are very accommodating for vegetarians and people with allergies, and Nicole our server was super.

   Went here for our first wedding anniversary. The staff were very nice, food was delicious, and they even had surprises waiting on our table when we arrived and more during our meal. Highly recommend Kingstide for any special occasion.

    We dined here on a Saturday night with another couple. We immediately got seated however we sat there for at least 10 minutes before our waiter came to our table to get drinks. One ordered a michelob ultra but they were out. They were also out of broccoli and the flat iron steak but he didn’t tell us until we had ordered them. He should have told us everything they were out of before we reviewed the menu to order. Not only that but he was rude, not welcoming, and never said “you’re welcome” when we thanked him. For the price this should have been a better experience. We understand things happen but having a great waiter would have saved the whole experience.
