   The Key Bistro was closed! No reason given, just closed. I had six ladies for lunch and had confirmed the reservation the day before, but received no notice or explanation of the closure. Very, very disappointing, to say the least. Will know not to depend on this restaurant in the future.

   The Key Bistro accommodated our large group with no problems. Sam the waiter was extremely attentive. Food came out fast and hot. Lovely atmosphere. Would return.

   I went with two friends and we were very excited to go. It was a bust. We had to find someone to seat us and there was no one there. The food wasn’t good. My chicken was so dry it was hard to swallow. Very disappointing. I so wanted it to be good.

   It was a good place to sit and visit with a friend with the great windows and a very friendly server. The toasted ravioli was good but did not enjoy any of the other food. Took a long time for food to come out.

   TERRIBLE. Tasted my food and that was all. Server offered not to charge us but my husband insisted on paying. Server then offered a discount and took 25% off. You go from free to only 25%??? Personally I would have taken free and gave him a tip. It was so back we ended up at 801 Local for some real French onion soup.

    I saw guests walking over to the water stations to refill their own drinks, as but one example of the inconsistent service. This was Sunday lunch time, and the site was practically empty. Food comes out at different times; takes too long, presentation is lacking, and the description on the menu may or may not be what you get. The flavor of the food is good, the menu itself is fun and we enjoyed the Sunday music, but this is not enough to want to return for a third time, after this exact same experience in the Spring. The entire front of the house needs some serious attention for the place to be successful, as it once was.
