   Great service and quick food. We were sat in the outside section. We asked to be moved but the maitre d said he would but the forgot. We ate in the outside bit but it was very cold despite the heaters. If you are sensitive to cold check where the table is when you book. I had an old fashioned which was excellent. My wife had nytimber but the glasss was very dirty at the bottom.

   We were greeted very quickly and shown to our table. The restaurant was packed even at 5pm. Our food came fairly quickly, but our drinks came out a while after our food, and this appeared to be the case for the table next to us also. The food was very good.

   I’ve been to about 8 ivys in London. The Victims ivy is the best. It’s so relaxing and the staff make you fill so welcoming. I shall go back on my birthday 7 march. Thanks for a wonderful evening. 👌

   We had the valentine menu last night. The food was very good but the service was a bit lacking. The main meal arrived and there was a wait for the mash potato and broccoli,so we were left with starting our main course without any potatoes or vegetables. I did suggest they took the main course back until the potatoes and broccoli arrived but this was not taken up, apart from this a good evening out.

   Unfortunately we were seated in the narrowest section, between the 2 main dining areas (very busy), opposite the toilets and next to the main staff service station. Great food and service, shame about the location.

   Today, my friend and I had a wonderful experience at The Ivy Victoria Brasserie. We had lunch from the special offer 1917 menu. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked - so fresh and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, both on arrival and throughout the meal. Our delightful waitress, Ahlam, deserves a special mention for looking after us so attentively. She was very courteous, friendly and most helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore, we were allowed to occupy our table for way beyond the allocated time. My friend and I greatly appreciated this, so much so that we will be booking to return in a couple of weeks :-) Thank you, Ahlam!

    The food was really good but the service wasn’t great. I asked for tap water twice and it never arrived. It was a birthday celebration. A complimentary celebration plate was on the bill. This was brought out after I’d paid and as we were leaving. Again, not great service. All in all, it was disappointing given the premium price and inclusive service charges.
