   The starter and the burgers were tasteless and dry. With a tone of mayonnaise to cover the dry patties. We had to wait for 3 burgers for more than 30 minutes , plus one of our glasses with soft drinks arrived extremely dirty. I can’t justify any of the above because the place was relatively empty when we arrived. The waiting stuff was polite but no one noticed the delay and the manager did not even bother to ask us how was our experience. Overall a very unpleasant experience especially when you have limited time to spend and also a 5year old who got really bored waiting for the meal to finish.

   Sadly a very poor experience. Had to send back courgette fries three times because they were cold, had to chase main courses twice as trying to get to theatre. Food when it arrived was okay but nothing special and we had to rush to eat it. Huge restaurant that needs to organise itself much better for peak times. Convenient for the Bridge Theatre but you may be better to find somewhere else and walk a little further.

   The service seemed hap hazard and slow. The table next to us has 5 women that were very unhappy about their service as they finished some mains before the sides came out and all 5 ate at different times. The women expressed how disappointed they were to every member of staff to say how bad the service was which meant we had to listen to the complaint about 5 different times. We also experienced how slow the service was and this was not up to Ivy standards.

   The atmosphere and decor is off the chart! Food was good - reasonably priced for breakfast. We stayed until 11:00am and had a drink at the bar. Was super cute! The bathroom is adorable too!
