   Perfect ending to a beautiful Mother’s Day. From the front desk staff to our waitress Jemma, everything was perfect! Jemma was very polite, patient and attentive just what you need when you’re ordering and waiting for your food to arrive. The restaurant was busy but ran smoothly and efficiently, with plenty smiles and nods coming from both staff and other diners. I’d forgotten how much I loved The Ivy and shall be returning more often.

   Service began friendly enough. But very quickly realised that being seated on the terrace meant a downgraded experience all round. Food was average at best. No ambience. Door out to terrace was permanently shut so felt disconnected from the main restaurant. Service was slow enough, gave up on ordering dessert after being left alone for what felt like an age. Didn’t feel like handing over another £30.00 for dessert for the table to feel like an inconvenience to the staff. Shame the bill didn’t reflect a second class experience. Will be very slow to return.

   A long time fan of The Ivy Collection restaurants and this was my first experience at Canary Wharf branch. Overall the food was nicely presented and tasty except for the Sirloin steak. It was very salty and slightly over cooked - I asked for medium rare but it came 70% cooked. I had to sprinkle vinegar on the steak to wash off the saltiness. I was reluctant to complain because I didn’t want to come across as difficult or impolite so I ate all I could and got my son to eat the rest to avoid wasting food. When I asked for the bill the waiter asked us our views on the food and that’s when my son prompted me to commen on the salty steak. In the end the waiter didn’t charge us for the steak as it didn’t receive 100% customer satisfaction. Very professional and attentive of him/ the restaurant.

   Good food, but not overwhelming. However, the restaurant was quite dirty - we received a jug of water that had stains all over, the floor was outright dirty

   Great Sunday dinner at the Ivy Canary Wharf. We used the Sunday steak offer and this was tasty and good value. Staff was amazing. Overall recommended a very pleasant experience in beautiful surroundings.

    My first experience at Ivy on The Park However whilst the ambience was pleasant The Noise Levels were very “high” Set Menus are a good idea but maybe a Bigger selection worth considering!!!
