   I’ve always liked Ivy Asia, but unfortunately it has gone downhill. The food is still good, but the service was horrendous. We received our food before the drinks, and it took ages to get refills. That said, the waiter was very kind and offered us a free dessert to make up for the inconvenience. I won’t be returning unless there are clear improvements.

   We had booked a table here at 5:45 under Chloe on the 17th of May. The service was very poor from start to finish which is upsetting as your Guildford branch was brilliant. I was served the wrong drink twice and waited over 20 minutes for the correct one. I was then served the wrong sushi. The ice cream came out 10 minutes after the desserts which was ordered with the cheesecake, we also unfortunately didn’t like our desserts very much and left over half of them. There were 2 extra charged items we didn’t have on the bill along with the service charge which we had asked to remove twice. I am not happy with the service at all considering this is a high end popular restaurant and wish to be compensated for this. Look forward to your response.

   Excellent Asian food in one of the most beautiful restaurants in Mayfair! This was my second visit to Ivy Asia and it was just as good this visit as the first. After two week visit to Italy, it was a very much welcomed food experience.

   The experience was here was a mix. The food was ok, my starters were lovely, I had a chicken dish and a prawn dish, however my main was disappointing, I ordered the duck and lobster rice and for me, it wasn't nice at all. I couldn't even eat any of it. I had a pornstart martini, which was again ok.. My experience at St Paul has been much better than at this branch, I thought I'd try the Mayfair one as I've never been before but I wish I went to my usual one... cons: ● I was very cold because the ac was too high ●The stairs to the restroom was very dark ●Toilet areas could have been cleaner ● Lighting for pictures are not good ●Restroom was too dark ●Food is just average, you will need to be careful when choosing a dish ●Price paid didn't match the experience ●No vibes ● Need to bring a light if you want cute pictures Pros ● Our waiter was nice, he was very patient with us ● Starters were nice, the glaze looking chicken and prawns ● Drinks were decent ●They were very kind and understanding about me not liking my main ● I was lucky enough to get a parking spot right outside the restaurant ● Aesthetic, even tho the pink flowers are redundant now, because it's literally everywhere, was still nice to look at. I wouldn't go here again, I will definitely stick to St Paul's much better, the music, the vibe, food and cocktails are better there.

   The ambience and service was really good. The quality of the food was overall great however the fillet steak was very tough and chewy and it was one of two main dishes we had. We got the £65pp experience menu and the quantity was definitely not enough! I would suggest adding to the experience menu from the a la carte so its enough for everyone. Beef tataki and seabass dumplings were excellent!

    Had a great experience at Ivy Asia. Staff were attentive and food was delicious. Set lunch menu was v good value. We ordered 3 glasses of the house cuvée which we thought was flat but when we asked if it was a new bottle they said it was but they didn’t check for us. This was a little disappointing x
