    Service provided by Tomas, who was outstanding. We don't eat Beef and menu chosen was set menu. He was very kind enough to tell us not to worry and he'll ask chef to constitute for something else. The 2 dishes replaced was very delicious and not something we tried before. Overall Tomas provided an excellent service. I would recommend anyone who loves seafood, definitely give Ivy Asia in Mayfair a try, you won't be disappointed.

    Loved the Sunset Menu, and the ambience and decor of the restaurant is off the charts. Reece and Ashutosh looked after us brilliantly and Costas mixed us the most delicious drinks.

    Food was unreal and the restaurant is brilliant with a great atmosphere, thought some portions were a bit small but was so worth it definitely recommend.

    We had to wait half an hour for our booked table and as soon as we ordered the dessert they told us that we have to leave the table in 10 minutes. Very disappointed with the service. Never again coming back here

    It was our first time visiting this Ivy Asia in Mayfair we arrived perfectly on time but unfortunately we were 45 minutes late being seated. We did notice in this time walk in bookings being seated before us also which was disappointing. After being seated, we were met by the manager and a member of staff that was serving us that evening. They were very friendly and attentive. They gave us some champagne and some free food which was very much appreciated for the inconvenience. It was really great the staff tried to turn it around for us as these things do happen but just was a shame it happened to be 45 minutes, I didn’t expect this. The food was good and the restaurant very pretty. Overall we had a positive experience and enjoyed our time and would return.

    Food was great. However, our drinks only arrived after we had finished our food - took 50 minutes. To be fair the manager acted appropriately and removed the items from the bill. However, we had asked twice for them and given different reasons each time. Turned out they had misplaced the drinks ticket. When the drinks came we felt we had to finish up quickly. The food was fine as was the ambiance, but it was very difficult to hear ourselves speak where we were sat
