    What they advertise on social media and what they actually organise and do there has a huge difference. Was very very disappointing nye night, no atmosphere, low music and the food came cold

    Customer service poor, waited over half hour sat at table with no food. Nobody checked on us. Afternoon tea not very impressive for money. On plus side restaurant is beautiful.

    They put us at a table next to the bar. We asked to switch to the main dining room and looked to see if there were available tables. There were, but they refused to move us and were very rude about it. The waiter took out order and it took 45 minute to get drinks. That waiter never came back. The other waitress that ended up waiting on us was very nice. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    Table not ready at appointed time and late by 25 mins. Table size inadequate for 5people. Food arrived too quickly and not enough space on table so had to send some back which is totally ridiculous. We felt we were sitting in a corridor as it was not very cosy. For the price paid really poor value.

    Amazing! We chose the £65 Experience Menu and it didn’t disappoint - the Black Cod was UNREAL .. but all the food we had was exceptional and definitely an ‘experience’. Thoroughly recommend it! Can’t wait to go again …
