   Firstly I would like to stress that the service from all of the staff was excellent. The biggest problem was that every single dish that the 4 of us ordered was brought to the table within 10 minutes, which resulted in a) a very overcrowded table so we had to eat quickly to clear space for more dishes and b) a very unrelaxing experience as it was all very rushed and there was no time to enjoy the different flavours, textures etc. The cold sushi was delivered along with the wonton crackers, at the same time as the hot vegetarian curry and the popcorn squid, swiftly followed by pork gyoza, wagyu rolls, teriyaki salmon etc. Meanwhile, our drinks, which were ordered before we ordered the food didn't arrive until we chased them so we had no time to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. I understand the concept of dishes arriving when they are ready but the kitchen (which was not over-stretched as the restaurant was operating at a maximum of 35% capacity) should be able to stagger them, or the servers should know to not put the whole order in at once. The food was nice but the somehow still-instagramable decor (I thought everyone had moved on) caused the table next to us to continuously take photos WITH THEIR FLASH ON, which was rather irritating. No-one minds people taking pictures but when there is constant flashing it starts to interfere with other guests. I feel that the staff could have politely asked them to not use the flash; no-one else felt the need so I am sure their photos would have come out just as good without!

   First visit to any of the The Ivy Asias and already planning to return with daughters. I visited at lunchtime and the room and the atmosphere in the room was perfect, chatty, energetic and the staff were lovely and efficient. The food was delicious. I had the Dragon set lunch menu ( my husband, a la carte) & the tempura prawns were so wonderful I could have just feasted on them and been happy. The salt and pepper beef was delicious but I wasn’t so keen on the panna cotta - presentation and dry ice was great but why was it green and I would not have guessed that it was coconut - on the other hand the birthday treat was sublime and much appreciated. I highly recommend the pineapple and cherry negroni too!

   Booked Ivy Asia and food was excellent! Great flavours too. Ambience and decor was gorgeous and DJ played good tunes. Only negative was the customer service once we were seated (greated nicely at door and seated well). Waited nearly 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink...then waited another 10-15 and we had to remind them a couple of times that our drinks had still not arrived. By this time we were asked for our food order and our starters arrived before our drinks! Not great, but they did apologise. Overall food and ambience was great.

   Loved it. The restaurant is simply beautiful, the staff are lovely and brought me a cute birthday treat. I highly recommend this place.

   Great place Good service etc but my tooth chipped after eating the beef dish with peppercorn in the dish I informed the server who said peppercorn was in the dish but not much else Back home my tooth is in pain and I will have a large dentist bill plus the pain Great restaurant but not sure if peppercorn meant to be in the dish or at least customer should be informed . A very expensive dinner overall 😵‍💫😕 No comment from the restaurant so that is disappointing too

    The service was very slow and we had to call the waiter each time to place the order and ask to bring drinks and the Wagu beef was very cold
