    Fantastic atmosphere and service. The set menu for NYE was very limited and not to my taste, it was ok. Such a shame not to have some of my favourites like the duck and chicken dishes.

    They put 6 of us on a very small table , so had to ask to move to a larger table. Service slow with drinks. Drinks ordered never arrived. One of our parties starter never arrived. We had to ask - by the time it arrived the rest of us had finished our starters. It was a late lunch booking so yes busy but it was not full. Have been before and had good service so was disappointed at the service for our NYE lunch.

    We had a nice meal here but the portions have got smaller and the prices haven’t changed. Our waitress was lovely and mostly attentive but over the 2.5 hours we were there we were only asked if we wanted another drink once. We were a table of six seated at a table that would only just fit four! The food was good but it is expensive!!

    Despite a few ordering mishaps the Waiter went out of his way to put things right and altered the bill when it was given to us all wrong. Food was delicious. Would still go back.

    Great service from all the staff - courteous, quick and friendly. Food was good but not mind blowing. It was a nice wholesome lunch with family on boxing day.
