   This is my third time dinning at the Ivy. We were blown away by the great service provided by kaytrana. She made my friends 25th birthday so special. Thanks so much. Great food, on average £62pp which included two small sharing plates each, a cocktail, and a main. Would go again.

   Delicious food - dreadful Waiter which unfortunately really spoilt the whole experience. He was so rude. I was appalled. I won’t be returning to the Chelsea Branch as a result.

   We arrived at 9:20pm and the booking was at 9:30. We didn’t get our table until 9:50 so we had to wait almost 30 minutes outside. Then, the waitress forgot to bring one of the dishes and instead of apologising about it, she told me I never asked for the dish. Also, had to asked for water to 3 different waitress because the water never arrived. Food was great but the customer service was extremely poor.

   The food was excellent. But besides that, we had a terrible experience. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM and it started with the fact that they had no room in the cloakroom anymore. Meaning we had to hang our winter coats over our wide chairs, which kept falling off due to the waiters and other guests bumping into them. Besides that, we constantly felt extremely rushed. Not even halfway through our small bites, the waiter already asked if we wanted to see the desert menu “as our table was booked again in 20-30 min”. Which was interesting, as we were not even in the restaurant for an hour at that point. As annoying as that was, he kept coming back every so many minutes stating we had to leave soon and cleared plates that still had sauces etc. on them that were still using. This did not feel professional at all. Besides that, and perhaps the worst two experiences we had, were that a waiter knocked a plate on our table over and did not apologize/even address it. And that the birthday desert my girlfriend got, was literally just put on the table without any sort of congratulations. And this was only 4 or so minutes before we had to leave, meaning she had no time at all to enjoy it. I mean, the new guests were already standing next to our table. NB. Small tip for the restaurant: please mark the restroom doors with the appropriate signage, as women and men kept walking into the wrong ones. Very awkward.

   Very theatrical, very bougie and instagramable place, average food, quite pricey. Our Prawns were luke warm, dimsum style all.that had to do was stream it, not complicated. Wendidn't complain as they were super busy and didn't want to spoil it for our girls who enjoyed the experience. Great for ambiance and celebrating but not for anyone that's a foodie. But all very tasty for£50 perhead I expected more on the food front..sorry!

   Had the Festive Lunch which was nice and good value. The service could have been better - I had to ask where my starter was as friend’s came out way before mine and mine wasn’t even a cooked one. Just could be a bit more attentive. To be honest grudged the £15 service charge. Would go back though

   We had a great experience, the service was brilliant and the food is very very tasty! The plates presentation it is better than The Shard ! All the staff very professional and polite they made us feel welcome so thank you Ivy Asia team ♥️
