   We are native New Yorkers, blood, born, bred and breath! We've been in AZ since 2016 and never before our dinner at The Italiano have we found a place that feels like home! Other places have good food, service or ambiance, but never all three. When you walk into The Italiano, you feel like you're in any of the boroughs or LI, with the warm lighting and amazing smells, not to mention the beautiful decor of the blue and white that permeates all aspects of the restaurant. Once seated, our waiter Nate, was so warm and personable. You could tell he loves his job and his endorsement of the entire menu was not for any other reason than because he truly believes the food is phenomenal and as an east coast boy himself, he knows good food AND never to BS fellow east coasters. Needless to say, everything we ordered was more delicious than the previous dish! No one in AZ can do veal, except Chef Joey! No one can do Spumoni, except L&B and Chef Joey! No one can do home, except NY and The Italiano! Don't miss the chance to enjoy THE BEST dining and culinary experience in AZ. THE FOOD IS BY FAR THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK. Ask for Nate - he's awesome. And Eddie, the manager, is a doll! One of the best nights we've had here in AZ!

   Our experience at The Italiano was perfection. Went for our anniversary dinner. The vibe was immaculate, with live piano. The service was 5 stars, the food was amazing. We were given a free sweet treat to end the night...a pumpkin dessert that was out of this world delicious. Highly recommend.

   Ambiance is wonderful, service was great. We all enjoyed our meals my only complaint was my lobster ravioli was cold. Steak, Salmon & Spicy rigatoni were wonderful.

   Really disappointed. Took 3 weeks to advance to get a rez. I think the review should put more weight on the quality of the food. This was mediocre at best for all 4 of us, especially for 5-star prices. I think the 3 other Italian restaurants in Scottsdale we frequent all have far superior food, at lot better value. Ambience and service were both fantastic and matched the hype, but not the food.

   Food is good but overpriced for what it is. Lobster risotto, at $68, barely had any lobster (shriveled in the shell), and the risotto was meh. Salmon and shrimp piccata was delicious and well portioned. Service was overwhelming yet inattentive at the same time. 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 1 bottle of wine, plus tip was $500.

   Food was delicious and the Service was best in class! The cannoli cigars are an added touch of creative genius. Super fun dining experience!

   Service was attentive to the point of forceful and cringy. It’s not easy to get the balance right perhaps. But the worst part was the Terrible food. Very far from Italian pasta. Best avoided! I dislike leaving less than average reviews but, it all could be fixed if this wasn’t corporate run. It lacks soul
