   Service was quite slow. Food was meh. I ordered red snapper and got a tasteless little piece of fish (maybe it was red snapper) that was around 100g at best. 15% gratuity was automatically added to the bill and then they tried to shake me down for more when I paid. Asked me twice if I would like to add more tip that would “go directly to the server” (as opposed to the 15%?)

   Pretty restaurant. Patio overlooks the pool. Good food especially the short ribs. Good service.

   Made reservation, travelled there, arrived, and was told the kitchen was “too busy” so they couldn’t accept us. One of the patrons leaving said we should thank our lucky stars as it was one of her worst restaurant experiences in her life.

   Having enjoyed breakfasts at Infinity, we signed up for the Thanksgiving dinner. Big mistake. The food was borderline inedible: ham was nothing but fat and gristle, turkey was dry and contained little bones, dressing was overcooked and tasteless, mashed potatoes were cold. The pumpkin soup had no pumpkin flavor. The caprese salad was ok, but overspiced. A waste of $150 for two diners. Moral? Avoid supper at Infinity.

   This is a timeshare property - so if you’re just a hotel guest, the service level is greatly different. My family was staying one night to make a connection the next day. We were the first to be seated in the restaurant, and to place a dinner order - and nearly every table seated after us had their meals before we did. We were basically ignored and it was pretty obvious. The same situation occurred in the “Bistro” the next morning where an order of 3 “breakfast sandwiches” took 45 mins to prepare - and the kitchen was not busy.

   We booked a dinner reservation however on arrival we were told we did not have one and the only thing available was a very poor buffet. Never again! The personal were rude and condescending.

   Eggplant rollatini was a meager portion, size of an appetizer. Linguini with clams was very good. Service somewhat sparse. Terrific location on the water

    The food was delicious. The service could be better. The host was slow, and waiter never ame back to ask if we wanted another drink. Great food-fair service.
