* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

    The food, drinks , wine and service were excellent! We had the pork shank, short rib and mahi mahi dinners. Delicious!

    This was our first time to The Iguana, and it was absolutely incredible from the time we walked into the door to our lovely hostess, the view, the atmosphere, and our amazing server, Aldo. With Aldo’s incredible suggestions we enjoyed the squash blossoms, the pumpkin soup (mind blowing), the local fish and the Angus fillet. Thank you for giving us an amazing evening and looking forward to seeing you guys next year.

    The ambiance, service, food, and venue at The Iguana is always exceptional. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The view from patio dining is a favorite especially at sunset! It’s a must for special occasions or for a wonderful evening with special people. Highly recommend!
