   With the challenge of a very busy weekend, the good people who work at this restaurant heroically accommodated huge crowds of people on a Saturday night. I had never eaten here before, so I will not pass judgment on the food quality. The entire town was in the weeds. The staff was incredibly professional and good natured. I will return on a week night and give the kitchen a fair shake. Thanks Hideout Kitchen for taking good care of our table of 8 .

   More of a family place than a couples. Apparent by the screaming kids. Food is fine.

   We had two pizzas, truffle fries, Cesar salad, all was very tasty, waiter was very friendly, my second time here, will be back.

   Despite the restaurant losing power for 45 minutes, we had a nice time. Our waitress kept us informed however my wife’s hamburger was cold and I received the wrong pizza. Drinks were good. I’ll give them a pass this time due to the circumstances.

   Decent food and pricing. Our service was very nice. It was quite loud in the dining room with lots of large parties so it was hard to hear each other talk at the table. I think I prefer to eat outside there and more likely for lunch so as not to be so noisy. It's a very nice casual place and the marghuerita pizza I had there for lunch a few weeks ago was terrific.

   Made a reservation, and when we arrived to the restaurant they told us they could not honor the reservation because the kitchen was closed for the day

   Wouldn’t reccomend this place to my worst enemy, made reservations couple of weeks before we came to Palm desert , to make sure we could celebrate my wife’s birthday, just to be refused entrance because they say they couldn’t manage the clientele , imagine how my wife felt ?

   The servers at the Hideout were professional, friendly and just wonderful. It was a lovely setting in the evening offering great ambiance. The letdown was the food, they ran out of dough with a 30 minute wait for pizza. A big delay with meatballs, the steak was tiny, and a number of items on the menu that were not available. On hindsight, maybe we were supposed to go for the set New Year’s Eve menu. Yet we enjoyed it there. Perhaps a place for breakfast and lunch.

    Their salads are pretty large portions. I was happy that my Roasted Beet Salad had watercress, goat cheese, candied walnuts and lovely pomegranate dressing. I would order it again. My friend's Mandarin Chicken Salad recommended by the waitress as being the most popular did not disappoint! The bulgogi chicken in it was so tender, unlike the grilled chicken that too many a restaurant would serve dry and chewy.
