Service was extremely slow. They were very apologetic but we had two club sandwiches and an omelette. It never should’ve taken that long for us to receive our food.

This is only my second time at the Henry, first time was amazing so we decided to enjoy our anniversary dinner here, BIG MISTAKE The arrival process is very hectic and once we checked in with reservations we were left to stand in the way We went to the bar to get out of the way of the chaos Once we had our drinks someone came to get us to put us at a 1/2 table where there is a banquette type seat on one side very low the a chair so high it feels as if you will tip into your food while eating The most uncomfortable seating for a nice steak dinner Very disappointed I guess the service was ok but I was I was very put off that our dining table could not fit our 2 plates and app and drinks Also there was trash left on the booth side, just not a good experience this time

It was surprisingly packed on a Monday night. Love the upscale yet relaxed vibe for a lively business dinner. The only downside was that even though we had an 8:00 reservation, we weren’t seated until nearly 9pm.

** Update** After posting this review, I was contacted by customer support. Although our experience wasn’t what we were hoping for, customer support has been phenomenal and have made it right. We will be giving them a second try. We had a reservation for two at 1:00pm on a Sunday. Showed up and was seated almost immediately. We waited 30-minutes and a server never came to us. So we left and ate across the street.

These service was excellent, and the food was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted great. We will definitely go back. The only down side for us was it was a bit loud but that was understandable given the valentines crowd and the energy of the place. Overall it was a great time!

The chef cooked my steak literally perfectly (medium rare) hot pink center with a gradient all the way to crust. Amazing food!
