   We had made a 7pm reservation for our group. We arrived at 6:50 pm, told there would be a slight wait and given a card with The Hangout Rules. Part of the rules were there is a strict 1.5 time limit for each table. We took our pager and walked around the store and outside in their outdoor area. Around 7:30 the kids in our family were starting to get really hungry so we went to check on how much longer it would be. We were told tables weren’t leaving and it would be longer but no idea how much longer. At 7:50 we couldn’t wait longer and went to check again and were told again that they had no idea how much longer it would be, but more than likely at least 30 more minutes since there were groups in front of us. At this point we had to leave to feed the kids in our group. We would have loved to have dined here. It seems like our group was treated like a walk-in rather than a reservation. Since our reservation was 7pm and at 7:50 it was still going to be a long wait for a table.

   This place is a disaster. Made a reservation and the manager (difficult to even use that term for him) said wait in line with the hundred walk-ins. That didn’t happen. Do not go.

   Service wasn’t great. Went on a Tuesday night and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for food. Waitress was nice but might have been her first day. Never refilled waters (until we asked at the end). Water should always be filled—easiest way to keep in contact with the table and increase tip! Food was OK, nothing really over the top. Great place if you want to listen to music and drink.

   Fun beach experience for our young kids. Lively so don’t come for a quiet dinner! Everything we had was fine. Not life changing food, but not bad.

    A great time had by all! Dancing on the tables, interactive, and a ton of fun! One of the best spots in Myrtle Beach!
