   The farm to table cuisine was perfect. From the homemade focaccia and olive oil to the carrot gnocchi to the greens, and edible flowers. It was a perfect dinner.

   The fanciest, loveliest dining experience I’ve ever had. We were surprised and had a choice to sit at the chef’s bar. Decided on the tasting experience; 11/10 recommend! Everyone was so kind and attentive. Thank you to everyone at the CIA at Copia. We’ll be back again!

   Beautiful outdoor area to relax and soak up the ambiance. Food was very good. Service attentive. Fun place to visit (culinary museum, shop and garden, across the parking lot is Oxbow Market).

   The place is lovely. The waitress was very nice and helpful, she always check on us. It was a bit disappointing because we were there at 1.30pm and we had the brunch menu. I wish we there was an option to get the dinner menu. The food was average, nothing really special about it.

   It's a different experience to many restaurants. We were impressed with the home grown greens in the salad but the salad dressing was WAY too subtle / ineffective and the salad only became interesting when we added the Burrata (separate item on the menu). We had to ask for condiments to enhance the salad & the salt grinder was empty. Our server was efficient and did a great job.

   Disappointed in overall experience. Portions were small and food quality was average given the price point. Portobello mushroom steak $40…really? Will not eat here again.

   . $For 2 people $309 before tip. We did the tasting menu with an additional up charge of $75 to get the ribeye as opposed to a steak made of mushroom. Beet salad was fresh but bland and very small to share. The pasta was the best part. Both the Gnocchi and the Putanesca were delicious. The ribeye, however, was good in parts, but was severely under seasoned, and had a lot of gristle veins. The dessert was basic and nothing to write home about. I'm even more bummed bc we don't have enough left to go to the Bear for brunch tomorrow. Should have looked more closely at the Google reviews and 4.3 rating

    Loved the concept and enjoyed our time, but the food did not equal the price point. We chose to dine "family style" which was great and allowed us to taste multiple dishes, but did not feel like there was anything that stood out for us.
