   Really cool concept, awesome setting and lots of options available. The coffees and mocha was great and the sweet treats/chips were delicious. Saying that it was very noisy and hard to hear each other and the waitress, tables of two were too close to each other. Our waitress also informed us that there was a minimum spend $25pp which is absolutely fine but proceeded to tell us all the sweet treats on the trolly were $8 and we would need to spend more so we ordered other stuff off the menu and more drinks. When we got the bill the sweet treats were not $8 but $13. Just frustrating we were mislead!

   We had high expectations for this place after booking two weeks in advance, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from the start. Upon arrival, the staff member at the entrance greeted us with nothing but a rude “Name???” no hospitality, no warmth. To make matters worse, his breath was unbearable, which made the interaction even more unpleasant. Once he found our booking, he mentioned to a colleague that we needed a high chair (which should have been obvious as I was pushing a pram). However, when we were led to the table, the staff member just walked away, leaving us to find and set up the high chair ourselves. The only positive was the server who brought the menu he was polite and professional. The food was average, nothing memorable, but the coffee was excellent. Overall, the lack of service and poor first impression completely overshadowed the visit. We were really looking forward to trying this place, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

   Next time they should try and keep their seats clean then it will be a 5 Stars from me and I like the coffee conveyer pipe where it transport through to the factory where the coffee is processed.

   Amazing place!! From the minute you arrive, your waiter/waitress service and meals are absolutely outstanding. Loved the stylish decor and hearing/ watching the coffee beans above. Nice to walk around the buildings and absorb it’s history. A definite must to visit!!

   Whatever we order was good but I would still prefer the Vodka pasta to be back on the menu. I had gone specially for that. Love the drinks there!! Chicken burger was awesome.

   Food options and quality was great but food order came out wrong and we were charged incorrectly however upon letting the waiter know this was changed very quickly at time of payment. Atmosphere and watching the coffee bean operations was very fun and interesting. what a great set up. definitely recommend making a booking
