   Food was average, at best, and the service was extremely slow and without personality. I don’t regret visiting because the building is beautiful.

   My wife and I are frequent patrons of the Watermark. I purposed to her here last year and the staff at watermark and the Gregory remember and made our experience feel special. The food was enjoyable as well as the atmosphere. Great feel to bring in the New Year!

   Dinner was exceptional. We had the Sous Vide Pork Tenderloin and the Filet Mignon both were excellent. We started the dinner with gumbo, which was very good. Service was timely and handled very well by a delightful server.

   Due to thunderstorms, we stayed at our hotel (the Watermark) for dinner at the Gregory. Our experience was very enjoyable and both our waiter (Christopher) and the host (Zelvin) were so helpful and friendly. The food was good and portions were generous. A very enjoyable evening. By the way, we did breakfast the next morning. The coffee was so wonderful and robust. The hominy grits were also amazing @

   I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch; our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal.    Not at all the quality or variety of food expected and not what was on the online menu. Boiled shrimp undercooked, oysters grainy and overcooked, long wait time between dishes running out and being restocked, especially for the small crowd. Service was the only good part about our experience, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Very disappointed with the cost to quality. Will not recommend or return.

   the restaurant is gorgeous and I was excited to have lunch with my family but on sundays they only have brunch till 2pm. I haven’t seen this information anywhere till we got there. we were very disappointed so we had a burguer that was closer to a lunch lol. it was very good. but I’m still want to go another day to try the “real” food.

    Beautiful hotel, and it was such a nice setting to dine in the lobby. The cocktails were amazing! This historic hotel is very charming.
