   Don’t normally do reviews especially not bad ones but the service was that bad that I had to. I ordered food at 6pm 3 people. One person got her food at 6.40pm the other at 7pm so I went up at 7pm to cancel mine as I had to leave at 7.20 to go to a gig. Was told have to go to main bar so I went back to finish my drink food arrived at 7.15! I’d no time to eat it and it was cold anyway!!! Absolutely shocking service.

   Had to wait over 45 mins for our food and when I asked the waiter how long do we have to wait as we were anxious about missing the start of the show he was rude and said it will come when it is ready. And he doesn't work in the kitchen.

   Had table booked for 6 as was attending a show in the 3 arena was left waiting till 6.20pm before I could get a staff member to show us to our table i understand as there was a show on that it’s going to be busy but the poor girl was running around with very little help from her colleagues I’ve been to the green room on numerous occasions and have always had a nice evening but unfortunately last night wasn’t one of them

   Food delicious and staff very friendly. Very loud especially the music hard to talk. Menu very basic and deserts would help

   We all enjoyed our meal but the toilets were a disgrace, they are not checked often enough.

   Took 20 mins to be seated despite a booking and plenty of available seats. Food took 35 mins to come out and was sub-par for the price. Far too many children in an adult setting, should consider a ban on kids after lunchtime. Guinness was average.

   Went to the Green Room bar before a WWE event last week with my mam after booking a table for dinner earlier that day. When we got in we were brought to a table but given no menus. I had to go up to the bar and ask for them but wasn't given any. I had to find my own menus at an empty table and I wanted to order but l was told that I have to do it through the QR code which wouldn't work on my phone. I went to the waiter at the bar and he took out his phone and tried it which worked, it was like he didn't believe me so I showed him that it didn't work on my phone so I asked could I not just order at the till and he said it would take longer. That waiter then disappeared so I asked another waiter behind the bar and explained the situation and he happily took my order (myself and my mam ordered the same thing). We waited around 45/50 minutes and still hadn't gotten our food. At this stage I went to the bar which is right beside the kitchen and asked if the food was ready and was told it was almost ready. I went back to my table and only one of our orders came out. Another 5 minutes went by and we still hadn't received the second order. I then went to the bar where the kitchen was and explained that we were still waiting on the second order, they handed it out to me. I had to pretty much wait my own table. I get that it was busy at the time but being in close proximity to the Three Arena, they should know the schedule of events and know when it is busy especially since we had booked a table for food. The food was actually really good, it was just a shame about the service.
