The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking Grand Lagoon, and private meeting rooms. This Panama City Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Panama City Beach Area. Corporate Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Boaters and beach-goers feel comfortable in shorts and flip-flops at the oyster bar, in the dining room and at the North Drop Bar. We come down from Nashville every 3-4 months and always end our vacation with dinner at The Grand Marlin. As always it does not disappoint. From the oysters to the crab cakes and Alamo , everything was spot on! Special thank you to our waitress Emily for taking special care to make our nieces 18th birthday so very special.

We had a wonderful dinner at Grand Marlin last night. The grouper piccata is always amazing. We appreciated our server’s recommendation on martinis. As well. The praline basket and key lime pie were shared amongst 4 of us. Yummy!

Excellent service from Hunter. We both ordered the she crab soup which was delicious. I had Tuna which was perfectly cooked medium rare and soy broth very tasty. Husband had the swordfish which he said was excellent.

This was hands-down the best meal I have had in a very long time. The grouper was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Don't skip the desert.

Quickly greeted by the kind hostess and seated next to the window overlooking the water and docks. The waitress was kind and ensured all of our needs were taken care of. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef or chefs. Would highly recommend.

The grouper piccata is the best fish entree I’ve ever had, anywhere, anytime. And the ice cream basket is so delicious and perfect to share. The server was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful evening with friends from out of town.
