The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking Grand Lagoon, and private meeting rooms. This Panama City Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Panama City Beach Area. Corporate Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Boaters and beach-goers feel comfortable in shorts and flip-flops at the oyster bar, in the dining room and at the North Drop Bar. We are locals and always have a fabulous experience. Our waiter for this special Thanksgiving meal was Chris and he was great. Some things that make a difference and put Grand Marlin at the top are-reservations are always on time and details honored, never had a meal where the management didn’t come ask about our meal and the food is consistent and on time!

Our experience was fantastic! Our server, Lucy, was kind, she was attentive. The food was really good! While I didn't know we would be seated outside, it ended up fine. Great experience!!

The seafood was spot on. Not overcooked like a lot of so called seafood restaurants. Very enjoyable. I rate the Blue Marlin as the best seafood restaurant in the Panama City area.

The Grand Marlin beat any of my expectations. But the way, the tuna dip was OUTSTANDING...far better than anticipated. I only wish I knew how good and would have ordered two. My grouper was well presented, excellent proportion and very fresh. This, if I were local, would be my go to place to eat with friends and family.
