Excellent Experience at the Btown Palace. Worth the price for the Grand Champion Steers day. Celebrating a Colorado tradition with all the fun food and great tea selections. Would return for their regular tea service at anytime. Excellent service - with all the business and excitement of Tea with Cows the service was still top notch with the most patient customer service staff

We were seated about 40 minutes after our reservation. In addition, while we had teenage daughters with us, we were seated in a section surrounded by families with very small children, so the ambiance was a little lacking.

Overall it was a decent experience. However, I left a note that it is my wife’s 40th birthday, and a month since we’ve been married, but there was no feeling of being celebrated or even a “happy birthday” from the staff. We got a champagne package for two, but do not feel it was worth it.

I live in Denver and brought a visiting friend to tea. It was a lovely experience - not inexpensive, but since it's not an everyday outing, that was fine. The room was beautiful, the food was very good, the tea selection was excellent and the service was outstanding. However, it IS Denver and it DOES get cold here in the winter; it was uncomfortable in the atrium and most people kept their coats and scarves on. It's too bad the Brown Palace Hotel hasn't figured out a way to combat the frigid outdoor temperatures better. Since we 'dressed up' for the occasion, it was a shame to have to keep our outerwear on the whole time. Overall, a fun experience.

We’ve come to tea at the Brown for over 15 years and this year the service was the worst it’s ever been. Our server was slightly attentive at the beginning of the meal and then it went downhill from there. It was also BEYOND freezing in the atrium and almost unbearable. The price seems to go up and up every year. $600 for tea for 2 adults and 3 kids…ridiculous.

It was very cold. The table was low such that people sitting in chairs couldn't fit their knees under the table

We had a wonderful experience at the Brown Palace today, Sunday, January 19. However, the atrium was so cold. They were actually passing out blankets for the customers. I am surprised that there’s not a better option for heating the area on very cold days service and food was excellent.

Our waitress did not seem very interested in us. The ambience was great seemed that the upper level weight staff was great. The food is so so the piano player was awesome.

Our table was not the best and added to the normal tables. Would have been better on an actual dining table or couch. Otherwise was good
