    We went for Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was special and delicious. An elevated holiday meal that was traditional yet interesting. The beverage pairings were worth adding and the service was excellent.

    We sat outside on the patio, which was heated. But their propane tank ran out as we sat down and they didn’t have the heat back on for the next hour. It was very cold. Portions were small. The chickory salad was mediocre. My husband had the fish, which was amazing. I had turkey. It was ok. The waitress was wonderful.

    The food and beverages were spectacular. Our server, Dennis, was working hard but got 4 tables sat in a row and we were at table number 3. He missed a couple of things but we still had a great time.

    We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at the Girl and the Fig. We certainly hope to return next year. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the service and food were both wonderful.

    It’s a charming space and we had a lovely lunch at the girl & the fig. I had the trout salad. Very tasty as a light lunch. My husband had the shrimp roll. It was more substantial and the chips were house made and delicious. We would definitely go back.

    Our dinner was fabulous and the service was excellent. We asked for a wine reco and they let us do a tasting before deciding on a bottle. Our server was a local and really hospitable and took great care of us (thanks Rene!). We truly enjoyed our experience.
