   Service was subpar. We had to wait quite a while to order. At one point we had two empty water glasses, teo empty cocktail glasses and empty plates. Had to go track someone down to place our dinner order. Probably won't go back.

   We were there for new years. Service was slow. Bar was very backed up. Was unsure if we were forgotten about or if it was 30 min backed up. Received 2nd cocktail after we had finished our main course. Appetizers were nice. Lamb meatballs are awesome. Grilled hallumi wasn’t special. Burrata bruschetta was nice but a meager allotment of burrata. Pizza was tasty but was luke warm when it arrived. Again, feeling like we were forgotten about. Tandoori chicken was ok but not authentic is spices or aroma. We have been here before and had better service and food all the other times. Not sure where the problem was but calling me “love” over and over didn’t make up for cold food and forgotten drinks. We typically love this establishment and feel last night was a one off. I know it was New Year’s Eve but we come every year on New Year’s Eve.

   The food, service, and ambience were all incredible! We loved the bacon-wrapped dates for appetizer, then split a pizza and the burger. Everything was delicious. Including the lavender lemon drop martini! This was our first visit and we will definitely return!

   You can have ok food with great service, or you can have ok service with great food, but ok food and bad service is a terrible combination. There are so many better options in the area, l would skip this place. I’m not picky. I just want someone to refill my water, maybe ask if l would like another drink, and not make me wait 20 minutes for the check. At this price point, the service should be so much better. They weren’t crowded, and they weren’t understaffed. They just were good.

   I really enjoyed my time. The food was great and came out quick. Our server was Cam and he was awesome. It gives a retro vibe and i enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back

   Meghan, our server was amazing! She gave out excellent recommendations for some of the best dates and pizza we have had in a long time. We even got to chat with Jessica, the manager, who is doing an incredible job running the show. After just one visit we have deemed this our new go-to-spot. Can’t wait to go back for brunch and $10 Pizza Tuesday!

   Another excellent dinner at The Genuine! We enjoyed outstanding cocktails crafted by Andrew-a Martini for me and the Blood Orange Paper Plane for my wife. We split the calamari, a delicious cheeseburger and a pizza with a couple of slices to go. The servers were lovely and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Jessica, the GM, spent some time chatting with us and she is an absolute pleasure to engage with. Whether you sit at the bar, or at a table, you will have an outstanding time. We’re going back for brunch next weekend. Go!

    First time dinning and man do they have a Great happy hour! Music was really good, service was pretty attentive, we enjoyed 5.00 Thursday Martinis and enjoyed the happy hour bites which was a steal & very delicious!
