   Great food. We will definitely return for more. The wine was a little pricey. 2 1/2 times more than market price. The waiter's presentation was very professional and informative. It made is easy to make our selections. However, he sort of disappeared and didn't seem to be on queue with the normal catering services you would expect for the price you pay. Services like pouring the wine when the glasses were low. He was at the table but my wife poured it when he left table side. Nothing major, but the service nuances weren't as sharp or attentive as I would expect.

   We had a good dinner. The small, but upscale restaurant offered a variety of entrees with a Caribbean flair. We started with the corn bread, which was great - but different from any cornbread I have had. The same goes for the she crab soup, which was a tomato-based soup and slightly peppery. There were nice chunks of crab in the soup. I had shrimp and scallop creole, and my girlfriend had MaiMai - both were excellent. She enjoyed the key lime pie with meringue for dessert. Meghan, our server did a superb job. The service was excellent. Price wise this is a higher end restaurant. The problem that I have is at this price point they should not be charging a credit card surcharge, and the kitchen pool is tacky. Given their prices, they should cover the credit card fees and pay their kitchen staff a good salary. It is these two items why I did not give the Fat Snook a Excellent rating.

   The food was great The wine choices were great . But the staff !!!Our server Casey , walked us through the menu and the specials . He explained what was in each item in detail and how it was prepared . Casey knew everything about the food , without actually cooking it himself . Other staff members inquired to our evening as they passed by and asked if we needed anything. We've been very fortunate these past few years as concerns world travel. Our meal last night was a complete as any restaurant we've been in. Thank you again to Casey .

   As a true American fusion experience focused on fresh ingredients, the experience couldn’t be better. The food was delicious, service outstanding and we will definitely be back.

   Overall a good meal and good service. Very disappointing to be hit in the face with an ask for a tip for the kitchen staff. Not only do they have the ask on the menu but also an additional line item of the check. Very tacky in my opinion. Not some place that I want to frequent. Just my opinion.

    Pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. Gina was our main waitress and she did a phenomenal job. Food was amazing! Best we had all week in cocoa beach. I had the Seabass and shared the crab cake and chocolate dessert. Other guests has shrimp and scallops and the other market catch. None of us were disappointed.
