   Good service. Excellent ambiance. Pristine surroundings. Polite staff. The main course Swordfish ordered by two in our party was barely cooked. We had to send it back. The server brought it back after 15 minutes. This time it was properly cooked. However, the 15 minute wait did not bode well for our appetite. The dessert Raspberry tart was tasteless and hard as a rock. Overall the food was not up to par. However, ambiance, service and surroundings were beautiful.

   This restaurant has it all. Great service, great food, beautiful ambiance and wonderful people working there. It’s 100% worth every dollar spent!

   Lovely establishment and great service. Visited for HVRW but food was ok. It came out warm, pork tenderloin was dry and steak was ok. Drinks are very good. Grounds are lovely.

   Since opening, The Eldred Preserve dining room has always had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, they fall short. Food arrives at the table tepid at best. The first course, soup, was just warm enough to be bearable. The second course, steak frites, arrived lukewarm, including the fries . However, dessert saved the night. Service wants to be good, but when the second course arrives and the table still hasn't been cleared from the first, it feels like local diner service. The strange bread basket includes a sweet kind of Cinnabon bread. After multiple requests and 15 minutes later, a replacement basket arrived with three stale slices of bread and no butter. Don't get this wrong; we love the convenience and location of this place, but your money is better spent upstairs in the lounge.

   Never fails to amaze! The food is delicious, steak is always cooked to perfection. Great signature cocktails. Service was wonderful and attentive.

   was not April fool day we made a reservation on Sunday march 30th at 4:30 pm when we got there the host told us that restaurant is not open so more likely our reservation was made for the bar. She woke up few moments later and realized was still Sunday overall impression - beautiful venue, ordinary food with mediocre service

    Our service was terrific. I wasn't impressed by the specials (e.g. cheeseburger soup) offered by ]this sophisticated restaurant, which are items that I could get at a local diner. 4 guests didn't experience the food quality aligning with entre prices, and are unlikely to return. I had hoped for a more glowing experience with my friends/guests.
