   I made a 2pm appointment for the Sunday Brunch, me and my 3 cousins they were from out of town. When I arrived, it was really crowed. And the table was not ready. We stood and waited for at the front door for 30 mins to be seated. The young lady at the front door was really trying to get us seated, but the booth she wanted to sit us at the people did not get up they excited their two hour frame. After 25 min standing there the owner came over and offered us something to drink, that was nice of him. When finally sat down after over 30 min wait. When the order came me and my cousin burger was not done, her burger didn't have what she asked on it, so we sent them back. I really enjoyed the music just a little too loud. The waitress we had was great, nice and humble. Overall the place is nice but I feel they might over book sometimes. Also they need a better way for people to move around after their two hours. I want to thank our waitress we were at table 100. And the owner for coming to give us drinks after we stood for so long. I can be reached at 773-216-6957 with any question.

   I have had many great experiences at duplex so I’m hoping this was a one-off. When we arrived we had a reservation for 5. Initially I booked 4 people and then added another person on the OpenTable app. They were saying they couldn’t seat all of us because they were fully booked. Although we paid for our reservation. This was upsetting and a manager eventually decided to move us to a bigger table. The other issue was that we wanted to participate in the bottomless mimosa package. It was advertised online as 49.99 per person. Nothing was said about prepayment in the flyer we saw. When we got there they told us that you have to pre purchase it to participate. This was disappointing because we were really looking forward to the special. All in all we salvaged the experience and enjoyed the food and music. Just wish they had better communication on pricing and booking through their website. It was very confusing.

   The wings we're really upset because they kicked us out of our reserved seats for 10 ppl only had 3 ppl and only gave 30 dollars back. Then moved to the bar and was buying drinks and trying to get us to leave after only a hour and a half at the bar. If you don't want to be disappointed get a reservation for later than 12pm

   Always have a great time. Food and drinks are always good but a bit over priced. Server was on point. Great recommendations . He had lots of energy. Always bring local and out of town friends in to experience. We love that place!

   Vibes were high and environment was fun, however service was very slow. We waited about 40 minutes just for our drink order, and another 20 minutes just to place our food order.

   I just love the Duplex experience!!! The people the food the music just puts you in a good mood. Everyone is so pleasantly awesome and when leaving you will say I had such a good time!! I going to go back!!

   Our server Geno was amazing! Very attentive and personable! My issue came after the brunch had finished. My friends and I were celebrating my bday. So when we were told that our reservation time has ended. We cashed out and moved to open seats at the bar with half of our mimosas. The hostess approached my friend and told her asked her who told her to sit there to chug her drink. After that she put the “reserved” signs on the two open bar seats. I asked her about this. I told her that we were going to order more drinks at the bar so what was the problem. She said okay and removed the reserved signs. However feeling so disrespected we decided to go somewhere else for drinks.

    Went there for my sister’s birthday!! It was so much fun! The DJ was amazing and the food was great!
