Situated at the heart of Tapnell Farm in a converted Swiss barn, The Cow champions the finest home-grown and locally sourced produce and is renowned for its delicious award-winning burgers - including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices.

You can choose whether to eat in (booking essential) or eat outside on the terrace.

    The special burger was incredible! The team were friendly. It was even better than we remembered and it we were so pleased to introduce our friends to one of our favourite restaurants on the Island.

    Needs lighting near signs. Gravel car park is hard for a wheelchair. Expensive for what it was. Menu not many options

    The only problem was that we expected a Sunday roast but were advised that they had run out over an hour earlier than our booking time. We were obviously disappointed but ordered alternatives which were very good. I think it should be made clear that if you want a roast then you should be sure to order on advance but I can't help thinking they should prepare more.

    Our order was forgotten and when it arrived after us asking because we were waiting an hour I would say the beef for a Sunday lunch was rare not medium rare and I sent mine back,for£24 a Sunday lunch is not really the Cows fortè,other orders like burgers etc looked great,but for a Sunday lunch venue coupled with waiting an hour and having to ask wasn’t that great.

    Great night for family birthday at The Cow. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Went on a Friday night when the burger offer made the overall cost cheaper which was great and unexpected as had already viewed the menu and prices before attending. Would recommend
