    Happy Hour menu was great. Oysters were amazing and was served very quickly. The halibut social was cooked perfectly and the crab cakes were excellent like usual. Always a great meal and atmosphere.

    So happy we spent our Friday evening at The Collins. My husband and I split an appetizer of the char-broiled shrimp with risotto, and it was a lovely presentation. Both the shrimp and risotto were very good and just enough to curb our hunger without spoiling our appetite for our entrees. Since The Collins is known for their Crabcakes, I had them as my entree. I loved that the crabcakes had large lumps of crab with very little breading making them lighter in density than some you may find. My husband had the Short ribs on a bed of the creamy and delish risotto. The short ribs were very tender and paired well with the risotto, mushrooms and brussels sprouts leaves. For dessert, we shared a large piece of coconut cream pie-actually one of the best I have had. Our service was outstanding - although we had a fantastic server assigned to our table, it seems they work as a team so we never had to wait for anything - all were attentive and SO NICE! We will be back!!

    Fantastic! The staff is professional, polite, and personable. That means everything. Service is outstanding. The food is delicious- perfectly prepared, and the menu has amazing offerings. This was my second visit- there will be a third! I highly recommend.

    We go here with some regularity and usually order “comfort food”. Tonight we had the Alaskan Halibut with Parmesan Risotto special; it was fantastic. It was so good; it way too exceeded our expectation. Our compliments to the Chef and also to whoever supplied the fish.

    We had a great business meal. The food has changed slightly but the crab cake is still the best in the city. The seared ahi salad was a little lacking in overall flavor but still high quality. We had asked for a quiet back booth which they provided so conversation was easy. Other times we love the energetic vibe of the bar and front dining area. We splurged on the tres leches cake and our wonderful server brought coconut cream pie as an extra treat. Both were delicious but the coconut won our vote. It’s a great spot for a drink or a full meal.
