   We had a great dining experience. Seated right away outdoors, which has a lovely ambiance with the lighting and heating lamps. Raw bar selection was excellent. We loved the oysters and stone crab. Sea bass was delicious and service was impeccable. Would highly recommend

   We were able to change our seating to the private room off the lobby and it was extra special!!!! We felt like VIPs! Service was excellent as always and the tuna, sea bass, salmon and seafood stew and chicken were all outstanding. We were 6 very happy people at the end of the night!

   Exceptional food and service. All was great until we attempted to show our guest the upstairs lounge and were treated like criminals. Whoever was at the front desk(male) not two original young girls , who were lovely, was extremely rude!! We just walked out if the restaurant…it wasn’t like we just walked in from outside??? This guy needs a refresher course on how to treat your guests!

   Constance, thank you for your patronage and for the feedback. We apologize that you felt mistreated by the host. The London Club is so busy on the weekend nights that we have to be strict about only allowing guests with reservations to go upstairs, but that's no excuse for any employee being rude. We will be sure to follow up with our staff so this doesn't happen again.

   Food was excellent, wine Selection is great. They have heaters on the outside to keep you warm when the weather does not cooperate.

   It was raining but we found a table where the rain was not coming down on us. Since it was chilly outside you had plenty of heaters all around us. The service was outstanding. Water poured as soon as we got to our table. Our waitress was JONNY ON THE SPOT getting our drink and appetizer order. Drinks came quickly and with a smile. When the dinner was orderedit also came quickly. Everything was delicious. Great evening.

   Food was excellent, our server was newish and still was not knowledgeable on the wine list or menu but very friendly. Manager was great, comped us some desserts for a few mishaps. Would surely go back.

   Our meals were excellent. The Tower of seafood was fun with a wonderful variety of fresh shell fish. We had good service...not exceptional since we were seated without menus, food came out before our small table was cleared enough to accommodate the dishes and then our server realized one of the items for the Tower was not put on our table. Later there was a mix up regarding our dessert. We all still had a wonderful time and enjoyed our meals. We'd be back.

    This restaurant is gorgeous. The service is outstanding, food is amazing, and it has a lot of good energy. Only drawback is that it’s quite pricey, but most things in the downtown areas of Naples are quite pricey. All things considered, it’s a great place to splurge for lunch or dinner! All four of us enjoyed the experience.
